Evernote and Skitch

An app I love using is Evernote.  It's a great way to take notes about your students.  What I loved the most about this app is that you can use it both on the computer AND iPad, which is awesome!  Anything I write on my iPad shows up on my computer and vice versa.  You can have individual folders for each student and include not only text, but pictures, videos, and even audio recordings.  To learn more about Evernote go here.  Also, check out this tutorial I made about using Evernote.

Skitch is an app that is part of Evernote that allows you to write on an picture.  It's great for annotating thinking!  To learn more about Skitch go here.  I have also created a Skitch tutorial.
