This will be my third year doing reading intervention. For the past two years I only had intervention groups for part of the day and the rest of the day I was an instructional building coach, along with being my building's technology coordinator. As you can imagine, having three jobs could be a bit overwhelming! I was told at the end of last year they were eliminating my position and just making a full-time interventionist. At first I was disappointed, but I am glad to only have the two jobs now! I'll get time to work on my technology stuff and have the rest of the time to really focus on my intervention groups, which was difficult before.
My goal this year is to be more organized. I will have 7-8 groups so I wanted to come up with a way to easily track the data as I progress monitor using mClass (DIBELS). We are required to progress each student once a week. I can pull scores off of my iPad and the website, but I wanted a way to quickly keep track of the data as I go, which is why I created the form below. Each student will have their own form that I will use when testing, along with plotting their data on their aimline. By having all the data values on this form, it will be easy for me to share with the student's teacher and/or family for any conferences that need to occur.
